Android
Chrome is enough for one link
Save from the browser
On an Android phone, Chrome or another current browser can run this site with no install. Copy a video link from TikTok’s Share sheet. Paste it here. The server looks up that one address and may return a standard MP4, a separate HD MP4, a separate watermarked MP4, and a music file. Photo posts may return still images instead of a play file. You will not see a button for a slot that came back empty, and you will not see a 4K choice or a fixed audio bitrate.
- Open the post in TikTok. Share, then Copy link. A vm.tiktok.com short link is acceptable.
- Open Chrome and this page. Tap Paste, or long-press the field if the browser will not share the clipboard with the button.
- Submit the form. Tap the file you want. Chrome’s download notification should appear. If the direct CDN fetch is blocked, the same button retries through the site proxy.
- Open the file from the notification or from the Downloads app. If HD will not play, use the standard MP4 when that button was also offered.
The optional APK
The Android page hosts a sideload package named TikTokDownload. It is not listed on the Play Store. You download the APK, allow installs from the app you used to open it, and confirm the install. The app then loads this website and can hand saves to the phone’s download manager. It does not log into a TikTok account, it does not pull a whole profile into a ZIP, and it does not edit clips. If you are happy in Chrome, you can skip the package.
iPhone users should ignore that APK. iOS cannot install it. The iPhone guide stays in Safari. A desktop extension zip is also on the APK page, and the PC guide explains what that extension does: it opens TikTokDownload.io with the current tab’s link filled in. It is not required on a phone.
Stories, photos, and sound
A username is not a video link. Active stories are requested on the stories page, one account at a time, and only the stories the lookup can still see. Slideshow images are described on the photos page. Audio-first saving is the MP3 page. If you hoped to set a ringtone, save the MP3 when it exists, then follow the phone’s own picker as described on the ringtone page. This site never writes your ringtone setting.
Failures are usually about the link, not about Android. Private or deleted posts, region blocks, a rights-holder block, and rate limits all stop the lookup. A successful lookup with fewer buttons than you wanted is still a success: the missing format was not supplied. The not-working page and the FAQ spell that out. The clean-file label is explained on the no-watermark page, and HD on the HD page.
Keep only what you have a right to keep. A URL is not a license. See is it legal and the terms before you reupload someone else’s post.
