Stills from a slideshow
Slideshow posts versus ordinary videos
TikTok lets people publish a photo post: several pictures that advance on their own, often with a sound. The lookup for that kind of link can include an image list. This site shows one button per image that came back, named in order, plus an MP3 button when a separate audio URL is included. It does not zip the set, and it does not turn the pictures into a new video.
A regular video is the other path. If the response has a play file instead of images, you get the video buttons described on the home page: a standard MP4 when that address exists, HD when a different higher file exists, a watermarked MP4 when that file is separate, and audio when music is present. The cover picture you see next to those buttons is a preview still. It is not a downloadable photo album, and saving the cover from the page is not the same as receiving the slideshow files.
Paste the post, not the profile
- Open the photo post itself, the one that shows the pictures. Copy its Share link.
- Do not paste a profile URL or a bare username. Those do not select one slideshow. Usernames are only for stories, and only while those stories are still available.
- Submit the link. Wait for the cover and the file list. If images came back, save the ones you need, one at a time.
- If an MP3 button is there, that is the sound attached to the post. If it is missing, the lookup did not include a separate audio file. The MP3 page uses the same check and puts audio first.
There is no bulk download of every photo a username has ever posted, and no ZIP of a profile. Each request is one URL, or one username’s current stories. If you need a video file without the on-screen stamp, use the no-watermark page and accept that the clean MP4 appears only when the lookup returns it.
If you only see a video, or nothing
Some posts that look like photos in the app are delivered to the lookup as a video. In that case the buttons will be video buttons, not Image 1, Image 2, and so on. That is not a failed photo mode. It is the file list we were given. The reverse happens too: a link you thought was a video may come back as stills. Trust the buttons, not the title you expected.
An error usually means the link is not a TikTok address, the post was removed, the account is private, or the region hides it. A rate-limit message means this network asked too often. Wait, then try the same link once. The not-working page walks through those cases. Nothing on this page edits pictures, adds text, or speaks a caption aloud.
On a phone, the save gesture is the same as for video, with the usual browser limits. iPhone steps are on the iPhone page. Android steps, and the optional app that opens this site, are on the Android page and the Android browser guide. A computer is often easier for several stills in a row: see the PC guide.
